Hello all! I hope you had a wonderful weekend and Mother’s Day! Since Mondays are often particularly stressful, I wanted to share a photo from my doTERRA magazine.

Stress is something that many of us live in a constant of. We often don’t even realize how pent up we are until it starts taking it’s toll via headache, back pain, anxiety, etc. It may not always be possible to remove the source of the stress, but learning how to manage it in a healthy way is such a vital part of self-care.

I love reminders of the small things that bring joy and give us a few moments of peace. My favorites off of the list are listening to music, eating a balanced diet, taking the doTERRA Lifelong Vitality Pack vitamins, taking time to breathe, and stopping multitasking.
