After creating this post a couple of Mondays back, I’ve been tossing around the idea of doing a recurring theme each Monday to offer a little motivation and hopefully some smiles. I figured if there were ever a time we needed this, it’s at the start of a new work week. My plan is to find quotes, stories, products, photos, etc. that will hopefully boost your spirits and get you motivated for a great day/week/month. I despise starting my day with anything depressing, so I tend to be a rather uniformed citizen and avoid the news. This may change as I get older, but for now I’m fine floating around in my happy bubble. Please enjoy my first Motivational Monday and I hope you have a wonderful day!
This video on potty training will truly resonate with anyone who has been through it. We’re not quite there yet, but I found it hilarious.
My go-to happy oil. It’s great to diffuse with a few drops of lemon and peppermint. If you’re in an office setting put just a little drop in one hand, rub your hands together, and then cup your hands over your nose and take a deep breath. The deep breath is nice in itself, but the scent is very fresh and uplifting.
