doTERRA’s Aroma Essentials Collection: A way to reduce your toxic load & move away from synthetic fragrances.

One of the many reasons I love being a wellness advocate for doTERRA is they are always coming out with amazing new oils, offers, and products. This month the Aroma Essentials Kit was released. It consists of the gorgeous Laluz Diffuser and ten 5ml essential oils.

Let’s start with some basic info. Why would you want to diffuse essential oils in your home? First off, they smell amazing. Now, next is where the fun part comes in. You can make your space smell amazing and actually benefit your body at the same time. Balance: This is one of my favorite blends! It smells heavenly and is great for moments of overwhelm when you just need to take it down a notch. I call it “mommy’s little helper”.

Breathe: Another blend. Breathe was created specifically to encourage clear airways and assist with seasonal threats. It’s a great one to diffuse at night if you or your partner is a noisy night breather 😉

Wild Orange: Citrus oils are uplifting and also help to purify the air. Orange plays well with so many other oils including Balance, Peppermint, and On Guard.

On Guard: On Guard is comprised of oils designed to support a healthy immune function. It has a spicy smell that gives a cozy vibe while also benefiting your overall well-being.

Adaptiv: If I could only get one oil ever again…..I’d be terribly sad…..but this would be in my top two or three spots. I love this blend! Diffuse for help with feelings of anxiousness or to promote a relaxed atmosphere.

Cheer: Just what the name suggests. A blend of citrus oils (uplifting) with some warmth and spice. Use when you’re experiencing some heaviness and need to boost optimism.

Serenity: This blend is designed to help with relaxation. I love diffusing it in the evenings and before bed time.

Northern Escape: Enjoy woodsy smells? Here’s your blend. Diffuse to promote feelings of groundedness ( I think I just made up a new word) and tranquility. Currently available only through this kit!

Citrus Bloom: As far as smell goes, this little lady can’t be beat! I think it literally smells like energized skittles. It’s one of my faves and another one that can only be purchased currently through this kit!
