I am not a difficult woman to shop for. Partly because I can typically rattle off at least three gift ideas at any given moment in time and partly because I always send my immediate family a handy dandy list with my most coveted material desires. Here is what made that list for the 2021 Christmas season:

  1. doTERRA Nightime Restful Body Oil. A long hot bath is my number one self-care ritual. I work these in at least two nights per week. This oil is from the new holiday collection and sounds like an awesome addition either to the bath itself, or to apply immediately after.
  2. UGG Slippers. Y’all, I dipped my toes into the Koolaburra pond last Christmas and while a bit more cost effective, they’re just not the same. Not as cozy and cushy as their higher end counterpart. I’m not a barefoot gal, so slippers are my yearly morning hours dependent. I look forward to reuniting with my original fluffy friend very soon.
  3. Leopard Jogger Set. A girl can only wear miss-matched, stained, and holey pjs for so long before her feminine spirit starts to waiver. I’m on a mission to have only well-fitted, intact, and lovely pieces in my pajama drawer.
  4. doTERRA Sol No 3 Personal Aroma. While I def use doTERRA for an array of practical health applications, the aromatherapy part of essential oils can’t be underestimated. This is another new holiday product that will be available Dec. 1st. It’s simply an all-natural perfume option. I love perfumes, but have chosen to not wear them due to the toxicity exposure. This is a great alternative that sounds like it will smell amazing!
  5. Silicone Food Storage Bags. Not all gifts can be glamourous….gotta love some balance in our lives after all. However, this is a serious want item for me. I despise the amount of waste that plastic baggies put out there. Plus, I try to use as little plastic in my kitchen as possible. This is my gateway-gadget for ridding my pantry of baggies and plastic wrap alike.
  6. doTERRA Madagascar Vanilla. This is my new best oily friend. Vanilla has always been a favorite scent of mine and this little lovely smells exactly like yummy vanilla frosting. I love diffusing it with Passion and Wild Orange or with Peppermint this time of year. It also is my new signature “purefume” scent. I will put a drop in my unscented lotion as well as apply straight to my pulse points. Love this stuff!!!
  7. Babysitting Coupons. After having Lyla and starting my journey as a stay at home mom, I found myself feeling guilty any time I asked for time away from the baby. I am super fortunate to have my mother and aunt nearby and willing to help with both girls, however the guilt still filters in. My mom surprised me a few years ago with some homemade babysitting coupons and it was a hit! It may seem silly, but I feel like I’m not asking for a favor now. I’m simply cashing in on a gift that has already been given to me. I now ask for coupons for every Christmas and birthday.
  8. Magnetic Essential Oil Holder. I have oils scattered all over my home, purse, and car. I can’t stand clutter! This is my new solution to keeping my favorite bottles in the kitchen. This handy-dandy helper sticks straight onto the fridge.
  9. Gloves. Gloves in my house are now like baby socks….here today gone tomorrow. Typically, the sock gods decide only to choose one lucky one to ascend, leaving me with a myriad of matchless options. Fingers crossed, I can hide these from little hands who love nothing more than to carry things off to random corners of the house and then fling into whatever deep dark hole exists purely for this purpose.
  10. Jade Yoga Harmony Mat. I have been doing yoga consistently all year and I love it! It’s my first re-introduction since high school and I do believe it’s here to stay. My current yoga mat is a beach towel…..no lie. Easy to clean, but not much grip action happening. I did order a cheap one from Wal-Mart and quickly sent it back when the wave of chemical smell hit my nostrils. The thing had to live in the garage until I could get it in the mail. Whatever mad-scientist foam it consisted of was far from encouraging deep healthy breaths. I’ve decided it’s worth the splurge to invest in a quality and non-toxic option.
  11. doTERRA Anchor Oil. This is doTERRA’s blend intended specifically for use while yoga-ing. I’ve not had this one before, but I’m super excited to try it out. You can diffuse it or use in a spray bottle to spritz your mat.
  12. Burberry Scarf. My splurge ask from my hubby. Now that we are out of the throws that was the debt snowball (read more here), I’m slowly allowing myself to spend more on….myself. I’m far from a designer junky (maybe someday!) but a few staple pieces are timeless and elevate your wardrobe with ease.

What’s on your list this year, mama??
